West Ham United reportedly took part in the race for a potential relocation that could attack Arsenal’s Portuguese midfielder Fabio Vieira.
Hammer is linked to former FC Portolon Vieira by Sky Germany journalist Florian Pletenberg.
However, Plettenberg suggests other interests from Bundesliga, but did not name any particular club or club.
As for Plettenberg’s post about X about Vieira and West Ham, this looks like a deal you need to be aware of as you head towards the final hours of your summer transfer period.
Plettenberg posted: “Understanding West Ham took part in Fabio’s race #vieira! Departures are still planned before the deadline. VFB Stuttgart also praises Arsenal’s versatile Portuguese midfielder, but he’s currently too expensive. Another Top Bundesliga club that plays in the Champions League is also interested. ”
Arsenal will sell Fabio Vieira towards the end of the transfer window
Vieira lost his favor at Emirates Stadium and spent last season on loan with a slightly overwhelming spell that didn’t lead to permanent moves.
The Portuguese playmaker looked like a very promising talent when he first joined the gunner, but it’s safe to say he’s not actually expected since.
Arsenal has had a busy summer, bringing many new signatures, including Viktor Gyoker, Eberechi Eze, and Martin Zubimendi. So it makes sense that the North London giants will need to be sold to prevent them from falling into PSR laws.
West Ham was able to sign Vieira to replace the Paketa
West Ham is facing interest in Aston Villa’s Lucas Paketa, according to the Daily Mail.
If it turns out to have a leg, it makes sense for whufc to try and sign someone like vieira to replace the Brazilians.
