JJ Reddick had to make the decision after a poor run in form, including LeBron James, Austin Reeves and Lukadon Sic.
The Los Angeles Lakers ended their poorly-shaped run with a big victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. They brought important victory to their Western Conference rivals in order to protect their position in the rankings.
According to some, Luka Donsic, a player worth more than $100 million, had a strong performance for the Lakers.
LeBron James was very impressive, and even Austin Reeves was adamant about his performance. Speaking of Reaves, of course, he received a lot of praise from Lakers legend James Worthy.
But combining their excellence was not even a miracle or coincidence. JJ Redick had to do something very important to get the wheels to move for performance.

According to Jovan Buha, the Los Angeles Lakers actually took some dramatic steps ahead of their match against the Memphis Grizzlies.
JJ Reddick called to see LeBron James, Lukadon Sic and Austin meet again to deal with the recent struggle.
The hope was to grasp a more efficient, aggressive schematic around all three stars.
“Redick called for a meeting in Memphis with three leaders of the team, LeBron James, Lukadon Sic and Austin Reeves, ahead of the Lakers’ final four-game road trip.”
“The goal was to discuss how to optimize their offense regarding their collective shot creation and playmaking skills.”
Anything discussed at the meeting definitely worked. The Lakers combined 85 of their team’s 134 points to easily win the game with the trio combined.

For a very long time, LeBron James has more important teammates than he has. It’s safe to say they want the Lakers playoffs to be most dependent on Luka Donsic.
He needs to provide the explosion of signatures we saw in last year’s playoffs if the Lakers want to go to the NBA Finals this year.
And given that James and Don Sic’s tandems are undoubtedly the strongest in the NBA, the Lakers definitely have a chance, given that they have a great third option for the Austin Reeves.
But the last few weeks have reminded me that they are not invincible. Of course, Doncic is still very new and adapted to the roster.
And if he and his team can build chemistry per passing game, the Lakers will definitely feel confident they are heading towards the first round of the playoffs.
