Despite signing a new contract with the club in February, Cunha’s eye-catching form was firmly placed on the radar of several top flight clubs, including Arsenal, Aston Villa, Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest. According to Transfer Insider Fabrizio Romano, it is now united that leads the tracking of his signature.
Romano, who wrote on Monday in X, revealed that the first lecture between Cunha and United was positive and that personal terms have already been discussed. He also noted that United are fully aware of growing interest from other clubs and Cunha’s £62.5 million release clause.
