Otani was able to remain in the game as a designated batsman, alleviating immediate concerns about serious injuries.
The have since announced that Otani has left a convulsion.
On the SportsNet LA broadcast, reporter Kirsten Watson provided a positive update about the star.
Watson reported that Otani and the staff entered the clubhouse for a quick conversation. They returned to the dugout with peace of mind, according to Watson.
Otani was seen stretching his lower half. He remained in the game as a designated batsman.
“During the fourth and fifth innings, between Dave Roberts and the training staff, they all took him to the tunnel and talked to the shoe hei ohtani,” Watson said. “And as soon as they came back there was a clear sense of security.”
