Tyler Glasnow absolutely rolled against the Texas Rangers tough lineup on Sunday afternoon.
Throughout the four innings, Glasnow dominated, allowing only zero runs and three hits, attacking six times. His mix of high-first ball and evil sliders from the 90s worked all year round.

Then the injury occurred. When referring to “Glasnow” and “injury” in the same sentence, it appears that everyone is holding their group’s breath. Although surprisingly talented, the 6-foot-8 right in Southern California has historically struggled to stay on the field.
At the bottom of the fifth inning, he threw the pitch before grabbing his ankle. Soon after that, he was lifted out of the game. It was then determined that Glasnow was suffering from leg cramps. This appeared to be a much better outcome than potential tendon and ligament problems.
Manager Dave Roberts was asked about Glasnow’s advancement. Luckily for fans, it looks like he’s going well to start next week.
Los Angeles dodged a big bullet here. With Blake Snell in the IL and many other pitchers still not ready to return in full-time ability, the couldn’t see Glasnow go down for quite some time.
