An FIR was filed against Yash Dayal at Sangana Sadar Police Station in Jaipur, claiming rape by the mild victim. According to the report, Yash promised a bright future for the young girl in professional cricket and used her for two years.
Anil Jaiman, SHO of Sanganar Sadar Police Station, said the victims kept in touch with Yash while they were playing cricket. A few years ago, when the victim was a minor, Yash raped him multiple times for two years under the pretext of a bright future for cricket.

According to Jaipur police, Yash Dayal had come to Jaipur for the RR vs RCB match, so he called the victim to a hotel near the Sitapura area and raped her. Jaipur police also informed that cases have been registered under the protection of children from sexual conduct since the first rape was reported when the victim was a 17-year-old minor (Pocso Act)
