The UFC lightweight Myktybek Orolbai is not the average cage fighter. Most of his companions are busy completing the ground game, but Orolubai already has a law degree and can probably outweigh you in court – if he decides to show up in a suit instead of combat shorts.
Myktybek Orolbai – UFC fighter jets and lawyers
At a press conference before UFC Baku, Myktybek Orolbai, a translator, explained.
“Yes, I have a law degree from this. I’m a lawyer. I’ve already graduated from university and haven’t worked yet. I don’t have a goal now. That’s to win the UFC title.
Myktybek Orolbai holds a law degree from Kyrgyzstan University and completed it before beginning his professional MMA career. He said he is officially an education lawyer, but he has not yet worked in the legal field and has opted to instead focus on his ambitions at the UFC. Orolbai’s academic achievements are noteworthy. He was able to earn a degree and train intensively for his mixed martial arts career.
It reveals that the only thing standing between him and his legal career is the shiny UFC belt. Myktybek Orolbai’s UFC journey is short but eventful. He made his promotional debut in November 2023, winning by stepping up and submitting in a short period of time. Since then, his grappling turned his head and he quickly became the name he saw in the lightweight department.
This weekend, Myktybek Orolbai is scheduled to return to the cage and is considering adding another victory to his record and getting closer to the title shot he’s talking about. His opponent is not a pushover, but Orolbai doesn’t seem to be in the f.
This weekend, Myktybek Orolbai will return to UFC Octagon at ABC 8 at Baku Crystal Hall in Azerbaijan. He faces Tofiq Musayev, a skilled Azerbaijani fighter. The lightweight collision is set for Saturday, June 21, 2025.
Olorbai, a native of Kyrgyzstan, is reducing the loss of his split decision to Mattheus Rebecchi at UFC 308, which earned the “Battle of the Night” honor. Before that, he was defeated by the UFC over UROS Medic (submitted) and Elves Brener (decision).
Orolbai promises fans a “surprise” and says he has been preparing for two months. Whether he breaks legal arguments or breaks an enemy, he aims to prove that you can have both brains and brains in a UFC cage.
