Liverpool signed Milos Kerquez from Bournemouth during the summer window, and they are now ready to win cash to Costas Tsimika.

Greece International has been a useful team player for Liverpool for many years, but is now ready to cash him. According to former Premier League scout Mick Brown, Liverpool considers him a sellable asset and is ready to remove players before the windows close.

Liverpool is ready to sell Costas Tsimika

“Liverpool is looking to let go of Tsimica,” he told Football Insider.

“The youngster has done a good job at Liverpool for years, he has always been a reliable backup for Robertson and he does well every time he comes in.

“He is considered an important team member based on that evidence, but that’s not the case anymore.”

They have two reliable left backs to Kerkez and Andrew Robertson. It makes no sense for them to hold Greek international, especially when they are unable to provide him with regular opportunities. The defender is very often at the peak of his career and he needs to play more often. He tries to join a club where he can play weekly.

He shows his quality in the Premier League and there is no doubt that he is a good player who can compete at a high level. It would be interesting to see where he ends. Liverpool is trying to get some money back from his departure and invest in his play team. They are very active in the transfer market and have already brought in multiple key players.

They are expected to bring in a few defenders before the windows close. The evacuation of their fringe players certainly helps them balance the book. Tsimikas certainly wants to join an ambitious club. There you can compete at high levels and fight for the trophies.
