Many Premier League clubs have expressed interest in signing Crystal Palace midfielder Ebebekiez.
The British midfielder was once again impressed this season that he helped Palace reach the FA Cup final against Manchester City.
Eze scored for the team in the semi-finals against Aston Villa, and attracted more attention for his quality.
According to Football Insider, Eze appears likely to reject the summer move to Manchester United as the Crystal Palace star shaves more attractive options at Liverpool and Arsenal.
Former United Scout Mick Brown has spoken to a football insider and revealed that Eze is reluctant to switch to Old Trafford, believing it would not serve his career goals.
Instead, creative midfielders are said to prefer moving to clubs with clearer projects and more stable environments like Arsenal and Liverpool.
Talking to a soccer insider, Brown explained:
“His performance at Wembley certainly did not harm him.
“He has proven he can do it on a big stage under great pressure and is focused on him.
“Does he need Man United? Are they enough to make the most of him? I don’t think so.
“From what I’ve heard, he’s not interested in the move to United.
“He’s going to see evidence of the players he’s done before him. He doesn’t want to be another example of what United can do for players.
“The move to Liverpool and Arsenal, which he is interested in, would be much better for him.”
Ebeletchi Eze will reject Man United for Liverpool
Man United may have praised Eze from afar, but the midfielder seems to have quickly decided to choose a club that could fulfill his potential.
Whether he becomes a charming Anfield or illuminates the Emirates, Eze’s next move could move him into the top tier of British football.
The midfielder has all the potential and quality to become one of the best players in the league in his position.
Under managers like Arne Slot and Mikel Arteta, Eze was able to fulfill his potential and while doing it he was able to challenge the highest honors of football.
Crystal Palace Manager Oliver Grasner praised Eze and described him as an “absolutely top” player.
Another palace player, Adam Wharton, is being closely monitored by Premier League Champions Liverpool.
