According to Ben Jacobs, Arsenal is reportedly currently at the forefront of the relocation of Salford City Wonderkid Striker Will Wright.
The journalist posted an update on the story after first claiming that Liverpool was giving an advanced talk to sign the Lights.
Arsenal appears to have moved ahead to Liverpool for the signature of a teenager who had offered more money to Salford the Reds didn’t want to match.

Arsenal’s busy summer travel window continues
Wright may not be English football’s biggest name yet, but after catching his eye at Salford, he is clearly highly regarded.
Not many 17-year-olds have clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool chasing this way, so it would be interesting to see how he develops from here.
