Liverpool are reportedly looking to spend big once again and have added two very exciting attacking players to their list of transfer targets.
The Reds had a very ambitious summer transfer window this year, signing Alexander Isak, Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz, Jeremy Frimpong and Milos Kerkes.
Now, the Daily Mail reports that Liverpool have added two more big names to their list: Bayern Munich winger Michael Oliseh and Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo.
Liverpool have been linked with Olise recently by a variety of sources, with the player expected to cost more than £100m.
Similarly, Semenyo is another player who is currently being linked to Liverpool in the media and whose value has soared to £100m.
Liverpool consider moving Oliseh and Semenyo to replace Salah
Mohamed Salah has not been at his best this season and it is perhaps easy to see why LFC are considering a long-term replacement for the Egyptian international.
Olise was a world-class player for Bayern, playing similar to Salah and proving to be a highly capable goalscorer and creator, cutting in with his left foot from his favored right flank.
Semenyo, on the other hand, can play in a variety of positions up front and could be ideal as an upgrade over Kodi Gakpo, who LFC arguably failed to adequately replace the departed Luis Dias this summer.
It remains to be seen whether Liverpool can afford both players, but they spent £450m in the latest transfer window, so perhaps we’ll see a similar matchup again.
