Diego Brando wants to become a UFC fighter again.

Blandao spent many years of his life, sometimes outside his original weight class, competing in Russia and other countries in that part of the world, and the record recorded in 2016 on 29-22 this year from 20-11 when he left the UFC.

At that point he was enough.

With UFC veterans The ultimate fighter The reality show winner, Brandoao, decided to “fix my life,” leave those promotions and return to North America. The 38-year-old wanted to show a world where he could still be in the UFC, so to prove that he agreed to face all the outlooks of the United States.

Brandao fought against 12-2 featherweight talent Jamie Siraj in March, winning by knockouts in the first round. Four miles from where Ilia Topuria shocked the world at UFC 317 last Sunday, Brandao again won by wheel kick-knockout, defending the belt against Canaan Kawaihae’s much younger competitor series veteran.

“I think the UFC will make the call,” Brandao told MMA Fighting Tuesday night. “We were talking to them tomorrow and seeing what they thought (of the fight). Sean Shelby was there, but people wouldn’t leave him, there were so many people around him that he left before the joint main event.”

Brandao said that this is why UFC matchmaker Shelby decided to stop fighting in Russia.

“I went to Las Vegas and asked Sean Shelby what I didn’t get enough to come back (to the UFC), so I left some Russian money,” Brando said. “(He said) “Diego, leave Russia and fight in your weight class. Knock out the three of you and call me.” (I said) “f*ck, why didn’t you say it a while ago?” The first fight, the second one, it was because he said his words, so my head said that third fight.

“Dana White has already cleared me (to go back), but Sean Shelby is the deal. If Dana White wants, I can go back there, but there’s a process. Dana White knows how to do it, and I believe that Dana is thinking.

“And I like this method because it’s the way you appreciate things. If you have to fight a third fight, they see and know it, so they don’t just look at me, fight, fight, they fight and they’re coming back there.

Brandao said it has changed a lot compared to his old UFC days. Away from out-of-cage drama and left-right prospects, Brandao said that if UFC calls die out early, he could defend Tuff-NO-Featherweight Belt in November, which is contrary to UFC, Bellator and PFL veteran Kai Kamaka III.

“Hawaii, BJ (Pen) is the only person who beats me when we train together,” Brandao said. “Other people, there’s no chance. I’ll finish him.”
