Chelsea reportedly are in discussions over a potential transfer agreement for Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Gittens before the summer.
The talented 20-year-old is likely to be moving in the near future, with Sky Germany previously linked him to Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and others.
The Gitens appears to be emerging as a priority for Chelsea now, with Talksport reporting that the West London giants spoke to sign England Under 21 International.
This follows the exclusive reveal of Christian folk Catch off side That Chelsea had emerged as a signature favourite for the Gitens this summer.
Fork also said the Gittens’ asking price has dropped to something in the area, which is only 50 million euros, making it look like a potential bargain.
Jamie Gittens’ move can compensate for an inadequate decision by Chelsea last summer
Gittens appears to be the necessary signature for the CFC this summer after many poor decisions were made in that division last year.
Chelsea were to sign Jadon Sancho, Joa Felix and Pedro Neto in the midfield division during the attack, but none of them really worked.
Sancho and Neto were inconsistent, but Felix was extremely poor and was quickly loaned to AC Milan in January.
The Gitens could certainly be this Chelsea starter, and there are more questionable marks in that area of the pitch than others like Noni Madueke and Mikaylo Mudrick.
It’s a blow for BVB to lose another top player, but we’ve seen them cash out their biggest names over the years.
Gittens has been going well during his time in Germany and if he returns to British football, it will now be intriguing to see how he is carrying.
Liverpool and United may also be suitable to sign the Gitens, but perhaps they need a red that needs a deeper depth after a lack of shock by Federico Chiesa and a poor injury record from Diogo Jota.
Meanwhile, MUFC has loaned both Marcus Rashford and Antony, and certainly doesn’t have the chance to come back after doing it badly at Old Trafford.
