Manchester City is about to complete a contract to sign Kaylum Moss, a promising young talent in Liverpool’s academy system, according to Transfer News expert Fabrizio Romano.
The talks are on track and City is now settling the final details with Liverpool, leading the talented teenagers to the youth setup.
Part of Liverpool’s highly respected academy’s setup, Moss is considered one of the brightest prospects in the U15 age group.
His performance over the past year has caught the eye of scouts across England, but it is Man City who has moved decisively to secure his signature.

Romano provided the update with his X account:
“Manchester City has signed another signing to Kearum Moss, the Academy of Liverpool.
“Kaylum is highly regarded as a major U15-level talent, Manchester City is working on key details with Liverpool.”
Trades at the advanced level often dominate the headlines, but the city’s commitment to youth development is equally unforgiving.
City focuses on building a strong youth core
The Premier League giants have already signed Rosenborg native Sveer Nipan this summer, already young midfielder.
Moss’ potential signature is considered a long-term investment, with players identifying progress towards the club’s U18 setup for the next few years and ultimately advanced squads.
He has shown strong technical capabilities in various midfield roles, which is where he is lying in the future.
City is equally focused on building a new generation of homemade talent that could ultimately thrive at the biggest stages of world football, signing established names such as Rayan Cherki, Rayan Ait Nouri and Tijani Rayjunders.
