Korea International is keen to leave the German club and he could be used for a reasonable amount.
Liverpool and Chelsea are also interested in the 28-year-old Central Defender, according to a report by Football Fancast.
He recently won the German league title at Bayern Munich, but could be available for a fee of just £29.5 million.

Newcastle needs deeper central defense and he could prove to be a great acquisition. He has the quality and experience to play in the Premier League. He has the physicality to thrive in British football as well.
The reported asking price is very reasonable and Newcastle has the finances to pay. It will be interesting to see if they are currently attracting players with official suggestions.
