Los Angeles utility star Quique Hernandez sent a message after Game 2 of the World Series. Yoshinobu Yamamoto surprised everyone on the mound with an impressive four-hit complete game, striking out eight Toronto Blue Jays batters along the way.
In other news, two-time Cy Young Award winner Blake Snell opened up about his illness earlier this season, just weeks after returning from a four-month disabled list. Shortly after the Snells gave birth to their second child this summer, the southpaw had to spend the night in the hospital.
Finally, center fielder Andy Pages has clearly struggled so far during the Fall Classic, but manager Dave Roberts recently revealed why he’s sticking with him. Pages had a rough start to the 2025 season, batting .159 in the first 20 games of the season, but finished the season hitting .272 with 27 home runs.
