Liverpool will try to sign a new left back this summer. One of their main targets appears to be relatively achievable before the June transfer window opens.
Liverpool has already been decided to upgrade Andy Robertson’s decline, which could be one of sports director Richard Hughes’ priority goals during this summer transfer period. As for the target, one of the main candidates is Milos Querquez of Bournemouth. He was one of the best left-backs in the Premier League this season.
Kerquez is reportedly keen on the move to Anfield, and Liverpool’s hope to sign him appears to have been further boosted.
Bournemouth schedule meeting to discuss the exit for Milos Kerquez
As TeamTalk reported, Bournemouth officials recently held a meeting to discuss the summer exit for Kerquez and Winger Antoine Cementhoo. The feeling depicted regarding the former is that if he wants to leave, he doesn’t want him to leave.
Bournemouth is expected to be extremely busy this summer as it appears to be set to an impressive form of “paying” in the Premier League this season. Kerkez and Semenyo are two players linked to the movement, as it is said that things like Dean Huijsen and Justin Kluivert are attracting attention from other places.
It remains to be seen whether Liverpool will be able to land Kerquez, but at this stage they appear to be one of their favorites to do so. At 21, he could become a player creating legacy at Anfield, and that prospect would sound very exciting to supporters.
