Ajax defender Jorrel Hato has linked his move to the Premier League in recent weeks, with Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool doing their best to sign him.
According to a report via Fichajes, the three Premier League clubs are keen to the 19-year-old and it remains to be seen whether they will be able to complete the transaction. They also face competition with Spanish costume Real Madrid.
The 19-year-old can operate as a center defender and a left-back. He was able to prove that it was a quality long-term acquisition for all four clubs. He is said to be a “special” talent and an “experimental expert.”
Jorrel Hato makes a great addition
Chelsea will need an upgrade to Benoit Badiaseal, and pigeons could be a long-term option for them. He could develop into a top-class Premier League defender with proper guidance, and was able to help Chelsea squeeze in the back.
Liverpool needs more depth in their defensive forces, and the 19-year-old could be a poorly-quality habit for club captain Virgill van Dyke. He was going to replace the Liverpool star in the long run. He can also act as a left-back, and it will be interesting to see if Liverpool decides to use them as an alternative to Andrew Robertson, who has been pretty overwhelming them.
As far as Arsenal is concerned, Oleksandr Zinchenko is expected to leave the club in the summer, and needs someone to add defensive stability and quality to the left side of the defense. The 19-year-old Ajax Prodigy could be an ideal option.
Real Madrid is enthusiastic about Ajax Star
All three clubs have the financial muscles to get the deal done. It will be interesting to see if they have decided to put forward an offer to sign him in the coming weeks. Competing with Real Madrid is not easy. They have financial resources and pull. Convince top players to join them.
Things like Ferland Mendy and Fran Garcia are linked to moves away from the club, and it’s no surprise that Real Madrid is watching the pigeons. It is still unclear whether they will be able to complete the deal.
Ajax rarely get in the way of a 19-year-old if a big club calls in the summer. All four clubs have finances to convince Dutch costumes. And it’s still not clear how the situation will unfold.
