Chelsea are interested in signing highly-rated attacker Sani Suleiman from AS Trencin.
As reported by TEAMtalk, they have made inquiries about the 19-year-old and it will be interesting to see if they follow up with a formal offer to sign him. His contract with AS Trecin runs until 2026, but they have a two-year extension option.
There will be no pressure to sell the player in the coming months and it remains to be seen whether Chelsea can persuade them with a lucrative offer.
Spurs keen to sign Sani Suleiman
But Chelsea are not the only Premier League club keen on Suleiman. They will also face competition from Tottenham Hotspur. Both London clubs need more quality in their flanks and the 19-year-old would be the ideal signing for them. He has shown his quality at AS Trencin and will now aim to step up and join a bigger club.
If he joins the club, he will add speed, flair and unpredictability to Chelsea and Tottenham’s attacks. Joining either club would be an attractive opportunity for him and he would be tempted to move.

Will Chelsea or Spurs be able to convince Suleiman’s club to sell?
It will be interesting to see whether AS Trencin is prepared to allow the player to leave the club. He is highly regarded within the club and is expected to be a future talent. It’s reasonable to think they’ll only accept an offer for him if it’s too good to refuse.
At this stage of his career, a move to the Premier League could be an exciting one for Suleiman. Playing regular football in England could accelerate his development and help him reach his potential.
