Russell Westbrook gave his former team, La Clippers, the last laugh as he helped the Denver Nuggets beat them in Game 7.
The Denver Nuggets defeated the Los Angeles Clippers in an incredibly biased game 7. The truth is that both sides were hopelessly kicked out of the chipoffs.
James Harden had yet another terrible elimination game performance, scoring just 7 points. It was a disaster class from the former MVP.
One of the big keys to the nuggets at night was their bench score. Again, Russell Westbrook got up from the bench and scored 16 key points for them.
Russ is doing things he’s never done for the Lakers or Clippers for the Nuggets. And he appears to be motivated by the indecency from his previous team.

Russell Westbrook faced the Clippers after Game 7. As the Clippers spoke about how they protected the series, Westbrook explained how it fueled him.
Westbrook pointed out that the Clippers had protected him very loosely, and he punished it. Even Russ was impressed by the numbers he put up during the game.
“They believed it was the best way to stop me or take me out of this series. But one thing no one knows is that I’m turning my** off.”
“No matter what someone does, I’m always ready. I’m always ready for anything because I prepare myself. Like I said after Game 1, if they keep doing it, I’m going to make them pay.”
“I don’t know what I shot for the series. Someone needs to tell me… 43%?d ***. It’s solid.
Obviously, Westbrook was very pleased with the way he reacted to the way the Clippers seemed to have rejected him on the offensive edge.

Russell Westbrook wasn’t the only one to be surprised by the way the LA Clippers protected him. Even Bill Simmons questioned why the Clippers opened Westbrook so much.
However, as the second round comes, Westbrook needs to bolster his game even further. In fact, he gets the chance to go home as Nugget plays OKC Thunder.
Shaquille O’Neal is supporting the Nuggets in this series. This is part of Russell Westbrook. But he has to play a big role coming out of the bench for the nugget.
It turns out to be a blessing for the Nugget that many people questioned as a stupid signature. And Westbrook continues to regain his legacy in the NBA.
