Arsenal and Manchester City are one of the clubs on alert for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Warren Zaire Emery, as originally reported for daily briefings.
The talented 19-year-old appears to be facing an uncertain future under PSG manager Luis Enrique, and has had fewer important roles on the team these days.
PSG’s success in the Champions League last season included Vitanya, Joan Neves and Fabien Lewis as mid-3 of Enrique’s first choice.
Still, Zaire Emery has long been considered a top talent, so he is not satisfied that he is not the club’s first choice.
Now it appears that Arsenal and Man City are in the Red Alert, as Zaire Emery could move for around 80 million euros.
Warren Zaire Emery’s relocation status explained
As quoted in the daily briefing report, my source told me: “There is uncertainty about his (Zaire Emery) situation. He wants to be clear about his role. I know that if he’s not satisfied, he has many other clubs that give him much more playing time.
“PSG isn’t actively trying to sell. They know how good he is, but they have to be realistic too. 800,000 euros can give them what they need to think.”

Will Arsenal need Zaire Emery after mid-day spending?
As Arsenal is a top club, it’s only natural that he’s interested in Zaire Emery’s caliber players, but there’s also a lot of competition in the middle.
I imagine the gunners will not make that area of their team a priority again, soon after bringing in Martin Zubimendi, Mikel Merino and Christian Norgaard in the last two summer transfer windows.
City could make more sense as an option for Zaire Emery. Zaire Emery wants to make sure he leaves PSG and goes to other places regularly to play.
