The hope that Snell’s visit with the team doctor is nothing more than a check-in. However, there are some concerns that he still couldn’t start throwing.
manager Dave Roberts could not provide any more insight into the reasons for the delay from Snell.
“I think if he met the doctors on our team, I could answer that question more,” Roberts said.
By comparison, right-handed Tyler Glasnow also visits with the doctor, but he starts throwing as planned. If Snell is forced to miss any more important time, it could be a major blow to the ‘ overall chances this year.
